  What YOU
Can Do

There are many small things we can do all the time to make progress in public awareness of Migraine disease and other headache disorders.

This page of our site will list things to do on a regular basis as well as specific opportunities to speak out.

Now AND on a regular basis:

  • Facebook: When you see an article, blog post, or other good information about Migraine disease or other headache disorders, post the link to your Facebook page.

  • Twitter: When you see an article, blog post, or other good information about Migraine disease or other headache disorders, post the link to Twitter.

  • Blogging: Do you have a blog? If so, blogging about advocacy issues is a way each of us can do something constructive on an ongoing basis.

  • Migraine & headache mailing lists, forums, etc.: If you belong to mailing lists for discussion, forums, support groups, etc., and it's allowed by their rules, post there about any advocacy issues as you become aware of them. Invite members there to join us here.

  • Follow us on...
